Nurseries News Round-Up – Week 5

Your weekly round-up of news from around our wonderful Golden Apples Family nurseries is here!

WORLD BOOK PLAY!

Golden Apples, Haverhill

Our flagship Haverhill site celebrated World Book Day in style! The children love a story – and to make things even better, they chose their favourite book characters and painted them onto potatoes and decorated their own bookmarks.

ROAR-SOME COSTUMES!

Bluebell, Eltisley

The kids at Bluebell busted out their best costumers for World Book Day – including these perfect prehistoric dino threads. Roar-some!

GO GRUFFALO GO!

The Beacon, Rendlesham

More World Book Day fun at The Beacon – where among many awesome activities they made owl ice cream. No, not really! But they did have lots of literature LOLs!

BRILL BOOKS!

The Appletree, Attleborough

Everyone at The Appletree had a wonderful time with the little ones celebrating World Book Day, with dressing up, sharing favourite stories and much more beyond.

JURASSIC LARKS!

The Ark, Watton

There was more dinosaur-based fun at The Ark, where the kids enjoyed cutting out the different body parts and sticking them together, as well painting their dinosaurs. They used their fine motor skills during the activity and discussed the different types of dinosaurs that used to roam the planet. ROAAAAAAR!

A HUGE THANK YOU!

The Cornerstone, Martlesham

The parents at The Cornerstone stepped up and showed love for the war-torn people of Ukraine, donating lots of useful things. There were even more donations from the community, and we’d like to thank everyone who shared our drive to offer our own little bit of support.
