QUEEN OF OUR HEARTS
Appletree, Attleborough
We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
We ensured the nursery, however, was not be a sad and somber place.
Instead, we celebrated Her Majesty’s incredible life and achievements.
We spoke with the children about the royal family, the Queen’s values and of course her dedicated service around the world.
Together we will support each other during this very sad time and consider how to celebrate her amazing life and reign.

We remembered the Queen by watching the coronation and had discussions about her life and her crown.
We then created a condolence card and walked to the post box to send it to the royal family.

Rest in peace, Queenie. At this time we like to think back to our celebration of the Jubilee only a short while ago. Thinking of the family at this time.
Cornerstone, Martlesham
